The case fit and molds to the iPhone X perfectly. I'm impressed with how tightly sealed my phone is within the case. I've been using Supcase products for all of my mobile devices for years now, and the quality is what always keeps me coming back. It's no different with this case. The back of the case is much more frosted than the pictures on the webpage display. I wanted something more transparent so that I could view the back of the phone, but it still looks good nonetheless. The tactile response of the plastic on the front of the case is good, and it registers my finger touches pretty well. If you're looking for a nice waterproof case for your iPhone X, I'd certainly recommend this case as a consideration. It's certainly less expensive than some other brands, for the same protection and quality.Update 11/07/2018: After several months of use I've decided to replace this case. The case has stood up to an awful lot of accidental drops I've had with my phone, and Supcase has performed excellently. The reason why I replaced it was that the water-tight seals interfered with my talking. The case is so well sealed from water, that people couldn't always hear me. In the beginning I thought it had to do with my reception, or environmental interference, or something possibly on the listener's end. After some testing, I discovered that the case was the culprit. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this case, and my star rating remains the same--but be aware that this case really seals your phone in tightly and securely. If people are having trouble hearing you, now you know.

I has a Supcase for a previous phone. This case is actually much easier to use, the phone goes in well and appears well protected. No more loose gasket that has to fit around the opening as in previous versions of waterproof cases. Easier to put on and remove. I hear well and as long as I hold the case to my ear with my hand (not on my shoulder with my head) people have no problem hearing me. I generally use bluetooth so that is not an issueBut, .... if flash photography is something you intend on doing with your phone this case will not work. As part of the waterproofing, the flash is covered and that results in weird "halo" effects around the image. Not an issue for me as I would rather have the safety and waterproof-ness

Update: After about 10 months of use and 2 replacement units I've decided to update my review. Both times I've had the port opener at the bottom break with very infrequent and careful use of them, and the most recent unit also had the strap break during a run (I typically hold my phone in my hand and use the strap as a safety precaution).These days I try to do most of my communication via text, but the times I have tried to make a call have been pretty frustrating since no one can understand me. As other noted, the flash for night photography is basically rendered useless (not really a problem for me personally since I don't take pictures at night).I am currently using: iPhone X Waterproof Case, ORDTBY Underwater Full Sealed Cover IP68 Certified for Waterproof Snowproof Shockproof and Dustproof with Built-in Screen Protector for iPhone X (Clear)  which seems to solve at least some of these problems. People appear to be able to hear me now and you can also use the flash for photography without any issues. I've only had it for a few days now, so the verdict is still out on whether or not it holds up on drops, and whether or not the port covers and strap will hold up decently when used.Pretty slick case.Ordered this about 3 months ago and was a little irritated at first that it took so long to arrive but it’s hard to fault them for wanting to get it right. Unprompted, they actually sent an extra, normal, UB case for free, and an apology note saying sorry which was kind of a cool gesture. Probably won’t use it since I already have the UB pro as well, but it was nice of them anyway.I took it in the tub with me test it out and it is definitely water proof.Comes with an optional strap.Was a little akward to get used to at first because I had the UB pro on before this, which is flat on the back and concave on the front. With this case it is reversed, so almost flat on the front screen and then concave on the back. After using it for a few hours I actually ended up liking this better since it feels more stable when holding and using it with one hand. It also makes it more comfortable swiping up and down on the X, which was a downside of the UB pro being concave on the front.Anywho, you can’t really beat this case for the price and quality.

This case is excellent for the price. I like it so much I ordered 2 more so I will have more. The case fits extremely well. The buttons are easy to push considering it’s a water proof case. I have had no issues with call quality. There is a halo effect when using the flash, but they tell you that before you buy and explain why. But what surprised me the most was how clear the screen protector is compared to Lifeproof and others. There is also no rainbow effect with this screen protector. I will say that you cannot use a glass protector with this case. Go ahead and buy this product. You won’t be disappointed. And if you are then you really don’t understand what this case is designed for.

Very nice case but it muffled the microphone and caused my calls to sound as if they were in a tunnel. I had to remove the case.

great inexpensive waterproof case. supcase has always been my favorite brand for cases and I was super excited to find out that they have an iPhone X waterproof case. highly recommend for when going to vacation or for a day at the pool/beach.

This product is as good as the other higher priced models I have had in the past (LifeProof and Otterbox. Price was about half of those brands and the function is excellent. I found it easy to Install. Really happy with this case.

Disappointed with this case as it does not fully protect the phone, mainly the speakers are exposed at the bottom of the case and the precious camera lens at rear of the camera is exposed with no protection, which on the previous model of this case for my iPhone 6 it was all enclosed which was excellent at keeping out dust, I was impressed so much with the first case that when it started looking battered and tired through its use mainly in construction environment at work on site, purchased two of these in the 3 year lifetime of the phone they were excellent and did the job kept my phone in tip top condition, no entry points for dust or water to penetrate and ruin the expensive bit of kit!This was such a let down when it arrived It is not up to the task the description leads you to believe, the search continues for a case that will fulfil my needs.
