Nice basic PC. Needed a Windows PC to run some SDR software that's only available for Windows. Came with Win 11 Pro pre-installed and a little note that said to make sure the Ethernet cable was un-plugged for the first boot to help speed things up. It worked great! The unit has minimal power and is not fast as is to be expected. So if you just need a basic PC buy one as it's a great value.

*3/18/25 edit*: I was finally contacted by Bmax and their excellent customer service. They sent me a replacement CPU fan and recorded videos on how to replace the fan. Moved up to 4 stars and changed the title of the review. This unit started to fail within 6 months of purchase. Bmax is not responding to my emails regarding the warranty. Customer Service and Warranty claims are not a top priority for them!! Be careful who you do business with.

I used this mini PC to set up a digital photo album that displays on a 32" TV. It works perfectly and can be tucked behind the TV screen out of sight. Connected easily, runs the program without issue and doesn't get too hot.

The product has been working ok since it was delivered on 7/9. Today, 16 days later, it has been idling ever since and is not going thru. This is a malfunction from the Chinese rubbish manufacturer. I do better go to a brick and mortar store and get a known brand! What a waste of time and money. The most precious commodity in life is TIME, and I don't have it in great quantities dealing with defective items. You get what you pay! Dammit! BTW, I want my 100% refund not 15% penalization. It's not my fault to buy your faulty and defective Chinese products!

I bought the Bmax B3 for a specific (non-gaming) purpose and it performs extremely well. It was easy to set up with ample ports. I use a BT keyboard and a wireless trackball plus it powers a 11.6" IPS monitor by HDMI and USB-C. I especially like the size. Small. Very small footprint. It's fast and ample for my use. I had some questions for their tech support and found them very responsive and helpful. This has two slots for RAM and an expansion drive slot if needed. All very easy to get to. This very small PC could easily replace the large desktop PC of yesteryear.

My son and I have restored and reimagined an old Mac Classic from 1991 using a BMAX PC and an LED screen. We considered several options including just using an actual PC motherboard, a Linux single board (Pi), or even an older Mac Mini—but BMAX won the race for a multitude of reasons and we have not been disappointed! The size is perfect. The interfaces are all great. The speed is superb. The price is EXCELLENT! And the fact it came preloaded with Win11 Pro and was ready to go out of the box makes it all so great! I HIGHLY recommend the BMAX for anything from a small or extra PC to projects, and much more!

Honestly, for an entry-level and portable PC, the BMAX Mini PC does what it needs to do, but also lacks at the same time. it is unable to function with more than three tabs opened at the same time, that said, if you're trying to watch a YouTube video and take notes on a Google Document at the same time on a different tab, this PC definitely struggles. The speed is varying, but in most occasions, opens tabs and websites moderately quick. It has relatively no noise and was very easy to setup with the included cables, alongside several USB ports to connect other devices! All in all, this PC is not horrible, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking to multitask if you're a student, need to get work done, or just looking to learn something new. On a side note, it does overheat at some points, but does an average job regulating its temperature.

Das Produkt tut was es soll. Bin überrascht von der starken Performance. Im Lieferumfang war leider ein amerikanisches Netzteil dabei. Ich kann den Mini PC nur weiterempfehlen.

Excelente producto, muy bajo nivel de ruido y muy rápido si lo usas sólo para tareas de oficina. En realidad no lo he usado con juegos pero en general un equipo muy bueno.

Excelente, solo falta un procesador de mayor velocidad y estaria perfecta, pero le doy un 10 en todo!
