Very nice with beef or chicken!
We have cooked this 2 times, the first time we used beef, the second with chicken and both times it was amazing! All you need to add is 2 peppers (Of any variety, the box states red and yellow but green is good too), 500g chicken (or beef, like we did!), 1 onion.The box includes the following:* 200g seasoned rice packet* 1 sauce packet* 1 seasoning mixThe instructions are clear and easy to follow, so you will have to deviate a lot to make any mistakes.This will leave you with an amazing, quick dinner that kids and adults alike will enjoy!

Very tasty, easy quick dish
Decided to try this as it was on offer and the other half was impressed. He said he’d be happy to have this again which is fine by me as we both enjoyed it.Quick to make which is important to us as we work long hours and have some late finishes so the last thing I want during my 1 hour between walking in the house and going to bed is to be spending all that time cooking.Took about 20 mins tops I recall which included cooking the meat, so that’s good by my standards for a packaged meal.

Inexpensive & convenient one pot Mexican meal base
A great base for a really delicious meal. My only comment is that the cooking times needs to be increased significantly for raw meat - especially chicken. And I used a lot more liquid to keep the rice moist and prevent sticking to the pan

Fab meal in under 20 minutes and great for fussy teenagers x great for gluten free tums as well x very easy to make, and easy to adjust the recipe to your own taste/ ingredients.

Bottomless tummies get satisfied, almost
The group of boys enjoyed this, said it was very tasty and filling but still wanted more because it was so good. Good value when you have a group of teenagers with bottomless tummies
