Gentle and Dependable is how it's described best. It disolves in anything with no taste and no grit. Just put it in a drink, give it a stir and your good to "GO". Using this daily helps prevent having to use more drastic measures to get things moving. If you're prone to "Slow Downs" or "Back Ups" I strongly suggest you give this a try. It's been in our family for ever.....mostly because it works so consistantly.

This is the perfect fiber to add to drinks because there is no flavor or thickening feeling that would change the drink. No grittiness either like I have experienced with other fibers. I also have not experienced any stomach issues taking this. 100% recommend.
