Mudras for Awakening the Five Elements Deck & Book Set

I love this deck. It’s a must have for yogis and ppl that meditate. It’s wonderfully descriptive of the hand positions to make the mudras and loaded with information as well telling you exactly how to make the shapes and what elements that the mudras correspond to as well as the Sanskrit names and what issues it helps with. Also includes mantra for each mudra.. I have learned so much from this deck. I love using mudras when I’m in too much pain to do yoga. It’s grounding and powerful. A beautiful companion to the other mudra deck as there is little to no overlap in content. Great for yoga teachers and yogis at any level. I used this deck when I was in the hospital battling cancer and I feel like it really helped me through that experience

these cards are a very good stimulation to start meditation on your own in a playful way. I take one card from the deck and read it. I see how it talks to me and I meditate on it for 5 mn. a morning treat.

These are WoNDERfUL Hand Yoga Cards !! ♡ They have simple instructions and beautiful art for each MUdRA. They come with a very comprehensive booklet that explains more about the Mudras and how they relate to the FiVE Elements (Earth, air, fire, water, space) !! ♡ i find adding MUdRAS occasionally to my YOGA Routine really helps me relax & focus. They are also a FUN way to do Yoga if you can't do the asanas due to health issues. I bought both MUDRA CARDS - THE ENERGY BODY & THE FIVE ELEMENTS !! BOTH are EXCELLENT!! ♡ Happy with my purchases =)

Very beautiful and useful. Man can both use the instructions book - or just turn the chosen card around - and the meaning can be read on its back. I love the topics. There are a mantra, a meaning for the position of the hands, the benefits of this physical(for example digestive, neurologic) and spitual (in yoga praxis, in meditation) - and at least - how to get the position of your fingers. I am suspect to judge - but I LOVED!! Highly recommended...
