Love this for my sleep. I am in perimenopause & my sleep has been horrible.

Listen, there are no miracle anything's out there. So stop expecting miracles. I just wanted something healthy to help me sleep and have some benefits. I drink the Greens drink from Wellco, which I love, so decided to give this a try too. First off, its only 13 calories with water. I prefer warm milk but to each their own. I drink it about 60-90 minutes before I turn off the lights. I am usually yawning by 30 minutes. Its not a " Knock you out" kind of thing. Its more of a loosening of the muscles, its more like a gentle winding down. I didn't feel much difference the first couple of nights, but then around the 4th night, I really slept good. Not HARD but good. I woke up more alert. My brain fog had lessened. I've been using it for about a month now and I really enjoy it. My sleep quality is better and my skin isn't as oily in the morning. Is it a miracle? No. Do I jump out of bed ready to hit the ground running? No. I am a post menopausal women in late 50's who just wants to feel good and get a good nights sleep. This does the trick for me. Yes, its pricey. But it does what it says its gonna do, and its worth it to me. I recommend.

I feel totally mislead by the marketing. They say it tastes like hot chocolate and they show women using hot water with the mix. I’m sorry but this tastes NOTHING like hot chocolate. Just watered down coco. I even tried using less hot water and also tried using only almond milk and STILL was awful taste. The only use I now have for it since I can’t return it- is to just add it to my chocolate protein shakes. Unbelievable. So upset I spent this much on this product

I have only tried for the first time this evening, but was impressed at the flavor like a nice warm chocolate drink before bed that actually has benefits!

I think this is a good product, and love that it can become part of an evening ritual that supports healthy sleep. Just not enough product for the money.

Works great for sleep, I am relaxed and have a well rested sleep with it. Before using this my sleep was awful, hard time falling and staying asleep. The taste is fine and I don’t mind it considering the calories. I mix mine with 1/2 hot water 1/2 almond milk

Perfect solution for my needs!!! Also mixed it with essential oils and put on my scalp for hair loss! 💯💯💯🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻❤️❤️❤️

Best sleep ever

I love this! I can't speak to the health properties as I don't have this drink every night or consistently enough, but I definitely get a better sleep on the nights that I have it. My favourite part is the taste, it's a beautiful chocolate flavour but it isn't too sweet and doesn't taste artificial like a lot of other supplements. I follow the instructions and then top up with a bit of milk, warming and filling evening drink.

Absolutely love this product! Sleep like a baby and wake up feeling great. It's not the sweetest which is great for me, as other similar products often have an artificial sugar taste. If you're a fan of traditional cocoa and value a good night's sleep - this is for you!

I've tried other brands with magnesium for sleep and whilst they worked for the first few nights, their effectiveness soon wore off. This one however, is totally different. I sleep so well after drinking this before bedtime and my sleep is deep and I wake up very well rested. Brilliant stuff. Don't let the price discourage you from buying it, especially if you have trouble staying asleep at night. Recommended.

Did not enjoy the taste at all. May as well of gone to the supermarket and brought a packet of cacao and put it in water. Cheaper and probably more flavour
