I bought this headset for my daughter for her online college classes. I had specific features she required. 1) They couldn’t be too loose or too tight. 2) The ear pads had to cover her ears completely not sit on the ears. 3) They needed to limit outside noise to provide the best internal sound quality. 4) Pink or green would be great. This headset was the 3rd set I purchased but this set checked almost every box. The fit is spot on. She wears them for a few hours while attending lectures and there’s no annoying pressure on her ears. She is very sensitive to noise and is pleased with the noise muffling. (I have to wave at her or slip her a note if I need to message her during use.) The least important requirement was the color - these are just black. Fortunately she wasn’t bothered by the color and says the comfort and quality more than make up for the appearance. These headphones are not Bluetooth. She did not want to rely on a pair that had to be recharged for fear they’d quit in the middle of a lecture. I will mention my daughter is low on the autism spectrum so she is very sensitive to the texture and fit of everything. I definitely recommend this product for those features along with the sound quality.

I love these headphones! I have worn them nearly every day for 3 years for my work from home job! They have great sound and are ultra comfortable for all day wear! I mostly use them for Teams Meetings and phone calls, but music sounds fantastic through them too. I know the cord is likely not extremely strong so I am careful with it, but it’s still going strong three years on! Would definitely purchase again!

The work well and the battery last a while. Only down side is the C port has a weird shape so, you can’t use other cables.

The headset is light on the head and doesn’t feel like you’re wearing a heavy helmet. Setup is easy via Bluetooth or the provided 2.4ghz dongle. It uses USB A and has a USB C connector to connect to multiple devices. The headphone arms are made of metal so it feels secure and sturdy compared to an all plastic arm. The sound is clear and crisp and I can hear my teammates well. Didn’t have any issues with static on PC

I bought these w high hopes because I had a wired pair of headphones from this manufacturer last several years w no issues. They started having issues so it was time to buy a new pair of headphones. Figured it would be nice to be able to get up and refill my water while in meetings w out taking my headphones off. They worked great for 1.5 months, then randomly started losing connection to the dongle, and I am outside of the Amazon return window. Have a ticket open w the manufacturer, if they resolve the issue, I’ll update my review. Otherwise - I do not recommend this product if you are the type that works from home and needs a good set of headphones. It’s really annoying being in meetings and it disconnect so your work machine speakers become default and no one can hear you, then they reconnect and you have no sound for 1-2 seconds, randomly and over and over Update on review- customer service was prompt w responding to me when I reached to them directly. I needed to provide a video of the defect happening, my order number, and id number on box. They immediately sent me a new pair and they work perfect! If they start failing in a few months, I’ll update this again. But as of right now, I am totally satisfied because they sent me a new pair of headphones that I can use while I work

I have no idea why they even provided this cord with this device. According to the instruction manual 'when the 3.5 mm audio cable plugs in the headset will turn off automaticlly (sic). Only the volume control works while all other buttons don't'. That's really inspirational. Other fantastic suggestions re: potential audio problems with the cord include troubleshooting tips such as 'make sure you've plugged the cord correctly into the device' without specifying what 'correctly' means. Hey, I've got two holes here, one for my headset speakers and one for my headset microphone. Your microphone doesn't want to work when plugged into either of them. Please provide me instructions on exactly how to make the wire you've given me make the headset and microphone combo work and why you imagine it's going to work that way. Just throw me a bone. The USB dongle provided for wireless functionality will work with both the speaker and the microphone, shockingly. I did have to take steps to pair it and the instructions in the book for this process worked well enough, except they don't mention that it's not going to work if you have the 3.5 mm wire plugged in. Instead of hearing 'pairing' as instructed by the book you will instead hear a mysterious static noise like the headset is desperately crying out for help. Crying out for a world that makes sense. So was I, by this stage. Luckily I was not intending to use this microphone for any particularly heavy work and my setup can endure a wireless connection or else this thing would be going back ASAP. As a final note the bag this headset comes in is phenomenal. If you're wondering why this even qualified for three stars seriously do not miss out on this bag. It's grey velvet with a nice purple drawstring. Feels fantastic. Some day I'm going to keep a headset that I actually like in this bag.
