Paint chipped off
Daughter only used this as decor in her office. Paint has chipped off the handle leaving white areas on the black mug. Very disappointed.

Engraving was Perfect
The mug looks great and is a good value for your money. This was a gift, and the company was outstanding when it comes to having a problem, which was my fault. They went above and beyond to get me the mug after there was a mixup with returning it. The monogramming was great, and I will certainly use them again.
