Great product to help with muscle growth!
Taking creatine 300 has been very useful for lifting weight and endurance activities. As I have noticed increased strength, performance and muscle growth. While it is easy to blend and dissolves easily regardless of what you mix it with. Definitely worth the investment, I would follow what the product labeling says for great results!

A Clean Creatine That Delivers-Strength, Power, Recovery, Endurance, Performance,Energy,Focus,Muscle
Creatine monohydrate is about as tried and true as it gets when it comes to gym supplements, and this one from ProSupps keeps things extremely simple—and that’s a good thing. You get a full 5000 mg (5 grams) of micronized creatine monohydrate per scoop, no extras, no sweeteners, no dyes, and no fluff. This version is unflavored, which makes it incredibly easy to mix into just about anything—water, juice, protein shakes, or your pre-workout—without clashing with taste or texture. It dissolves easily too, which is a small but appreciated touch since gritty creatine is a real turnoff for daily use.Micronization helps with solubility and digestion, and it’s worth noting that this format is generally easier on the stomach compared to older, chunkier creatine powders. Creatine itself has an incredibly well-documented body of research behind it: it supports ATP regeneration, which is key for short bursts of strength and power, and has been shown to help with lean muscle mass gains, workout recovery, and even brain support in some cases. While most people associate it with bodybuilders or athletes, it’s actually beneficial for anyone doing resistance training or high-intensity workouts regularly. After incorporating this one for a few weeks (just one scoop a day), what I noticed was pretty typical of quality creatine. The first few days were uneventful, but by the second week there was a visible improvement in training endurance—I was getting through sets with more energy and didn’t hit the wall as quickly. Recovery between sessions felt smoother, and I could squeeze out an extra rep or two in later sets without completely burning out. I didn’t experience any bloating or digestive discomfort, which can sometimes happen with lower-grade creatine. Plus, since there’s no added sugar or stimulants, it didn’t interfere with anything else I was stacking it with.If you’re looking for a solid creatine without gimmicks or marketing overkill, this one gets the job done. You get 200 servings per container, which is a fantastic value, especially if you’re using it daily. It’s also a great option for anyone who’s ingredient-conscious—it’s vegan, soy-free, gluten-free, and third-party tested. Basically, it gives you what you need, nothing you don’t.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

High-Quality Creatine
I’ve been taking creatine on a regular basis for some time now. There are a few things I look for when trying out a new product.First, is how well it dissipates into room temperature water. This tells me how bioavailable (i.e. how well it is absorbed by the body). It should create a kind of cloudy water, meaning the creatine is dissolving into the water itself (and most likely the body). This creatine stirs well, but ends up settling on the bottom with the water becoming clear pretty quickly. This makes me wonder how well it’s getting into my bloodstream, but that’s just my concern and has no basis in fact, so can’t fault the product. The second thing I look for is taste. I never buy flavored, and creatine has its own unique, but non-offensive taste profile, telling you it’s actually creatine. This product passes the taste test.Third thing, how big a scoop needed to give me 5g of creatine per serving. The scoop for this product is surprisingly small, which is fantastic, meaning less powder is needed to give you a full 5g.And finally, value for money. This product gives you a full 200 servings of 5g/serving. At $39.99 (at the time of this writing), that means this will last you well over 6 months if taking 5g every single day (at only 19c/serving).Overall, great product, great value. Five stars.
