Product is good. But the pass code was wrong and need to do trail and error method with many combinations to open.

Reliable and durable except for the number lock

Extremely poor quality product. In less than 6 months of normal usage, the body has started sagging in, the built in locks have failed. And I don’t even know how to lodge my claim under warranty .I have used Kamliant in the past - bought from the American Tourister shop. And those products were great. Seems Amazon has been taken for a ride by the seller. And I wonder whether it is genuine Kamliant product or a fake

Luggage bag quality is good but not scratch resistant and wheels are good. The locking mechanism was not good. In my case the password of the large bag was keep on changing after setting it. Any one number of the 3 digit password jumped 1 number (+/- 1) every time. I had to go through the internet for instructions and wasted time in journey patiently trying different combinations.
