not Pam Wedgwood's best
Pam Wedgewood does a good job of writing music for pupils between grades, but in my opinion this is not one of her best.The pieces are all much of a muchness. Yes, there are different styles, but one or two neo classical pieces might have been a good idea.For someone who has just passed grade 3, these pieces are not easy. Grade 4 would be a more accurate level.I am an experienced teacher who studied at the RCM .

I returned this as I couldn't find one piece in it that I liked or wanted my daughter to learn. She felt the same. Long boring pieces.
