The clear back looks great with the OnePlus colors. The camera bump design also looks good. The case has as little bulk as you can get without it becoming little more than a skin.It's very protective. I've probably dropped my phone on the bathroom tile dozens of times (there's just no good place to set it down!) including on the corners and nothing has happened to the phone. The edge of the case does come up and over the curved edge of the screen but that does a good job protecting it.The buttons stay plenty clicky and all the cutouts are spot on, with a larger charging port area for larger cables. The back is quite grippy in the hand and the sides are medium grippy.One of the best cases I've ever owned.

This is a great phone case. It definitely protects the phone. I've got some brick flooring in my house and my phone flew out of my hand and landed heard on the floor. My dog tripped me up. 🙄 I was afraid the floors would have destroyed my phone as it had done to others, but not a single scratch or dent. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality phone case.

It's "fine". I like the aesthetic of it. As someone who's very gentle and careful with my devices, I honestly don't feel like I "need" a case. But it definitely gives peace of mind, knowing that if my phone does get dropped, it'll have some protection.The black plastic of the case itself has a good balance between softness and hardness. Given there's no rubberized layer inside the case? It's good that it feels like the case itself has some flex and shock absorption to it. Sadly though, it's completely smooth. It has no texture or grippiness to the sides of the case. It's not slippery, per-say, but it doesn't inspire confidence that it won't slip away from your grasp at some point.The power and volume buttons feel fantastic. The cutouts for the speakers and USB port are great as well. Where this case hard fails, is the cutout for the volume slider (The one that OnePlus phones have, that change between Silent, Vibrate, and Ring.) My fingers are slender, and I struggle to move the slider in that cutout. It basically requires both hands. One to hold the phone steady, while the other pokes your finger into the cutout, to move the slider. Even at that, you're going to almost have to use your fingernail to grab hold of it.The clear back is fine. It seems like a cheap plastic, and probably is, given the price of this case. The price is good for what you get. I love that I can see the back of my phone through this case, because it looks really good. Another review here said the back is a fingerprint magnet? I don't really agree. Fingerprints do appear on it, but it's not that bad. It's easy to clean as well, with just rubbing your shirt across it, if you don't have a lens cloth laying around.All in all, the case is what you'd think it is. It cost me $12, which is on the cheaper side of cases. It feels pretty cheap, but not horribly cheap. The biggest con for me, is that it's annoying to use the Notification Slider (Silent, Vibrate, Ring).If you're just wanting something aesthetic that offers a little bit of protection? This is a good choice. But if you often drop your phone, or are otherwise rough with it? You'll probably want a case that has a soft shock absorption layer, as well as a hard case.

My dad works in construction and he needed a case for his new phone. He regularly drops it so he needed a sturdy case but he also didn't want to break the bank with the prices of sturdy cases. I ordered him this one and he's used it for a little over a month now and it still looks good as new. No dust or anything. He also has dropped it quit a lot of times and still, no cracks!
