Been taking for a while and have noticed no real improvement in pain relief, but have noticed some significant change in inflammation, which is good. The pills are small and easy to swallow. No fishy burps or aftertaste. If there is further improvement, I'll update the review.

After finishing both of these bottles, I can say that I haven’t had any issues or adverse reactions after taking these. The softgels are quite small and easy to take; with no strange taste or odors. I experienced no fishy burps, and I liked my experience with it overall.

I thought I was buying omega XL. This omega NZL is no better than the cheap omega you buy at Walmart. I guess it’s just better than taking nothing. I won’t make that mistake, again.

I’d like that the pills are small enough to swallow. And I did not get that fishy after taste. I am feeling that it’s doing its job, but I just started it. I like to continue to see where this takes me.
