The first night I took one, I actually slept straight through without waking up every couple of hours. When I tell you that these are the only reason I got any sleep during my pregnancy, I MEAN IT. I was getting really poor quality sleep during my 2nd & 3rd trimester and it was causing migraines. My doctor suggested taking 1 pill at night, or breaking 1 in half. At first, I just took 1 every couple of nights. As my pregnancy progressed, my discomfort increased, so I started taking 1/2 of 1 every night. I was able to get at least 6hrs of sleep, but I still had to get up frequently to use the bathroom. The difference was that, when I came back to bed, I was actually able to fall back asleep relatively quickly. The price for this bottle is great and it was easier to just have the bottle shipped to me and save the trip to the store.

This is great for jet lag except one thing: it gave me really bad constipation. I took half a pill one night, then 1/4 pill for 3 nights and I was consistipated every day by the 5th day I was ready to go to the hospital. I had to take several laxative enemas. I don't think I'll ever take this medicine more than 1 day. There are better non-constipating alternatives (Benedryl for me).

This definitely keeps you knocked out, but because of that, I would only take it from 8-11pm. I notice if I take it too late, I won’t wake up until 2 or 4pm! They taste gross but work well.

This is an amazing product. Works wonders, is non addictive and allows for a great night’s sleep. Just need to take it early enough to get at least 8 hours worth of sleep. If i You’re waking up groggy, take half a pill. It’s been a life saver for me.
