Worst purchase experience ever. The phone arrived defective and is not working properly from the first use, which is completely unacceptable for the price paid. On top of that, the customer service is very poor, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Very disappointing overall. Honestly regret buying it and would not recommend this product to anyone.

Worst purchase ever on amazon
It stopped working exactly on the following day of its return window expiry and pick up is very challenging, it’s been more than a month that I am waiting for amazon to pick it up and get my refund and they continuously reschedule and postpone. I do NOT recommend it at all

Avoid refurbished if your can
Very poor quality refurbished phone. Screen stopped working and when I took it in to have it checked out, it was missing all of the internal brackets and some screws. Charging port, speaker and camera stopped working after some use.

الجهاز فيه مشاكل كثيرة
الشحن سيء جدًا مع ان حالة البطارية 100٪ لكن كفاءتها سيئة جداًوالجهاز يعيد التشغيل من حاله مرات كثيرة يطفي ويشتغل لحالهوفجأة تطلع علامة الشحن وهو مفصول عن الكهرباوضع الجهاز سيء وغريب جدًا اتمنى
