We use these bags for medication. We like it better than a locking med cupboard because each child has their own bag with a unique key to keep meds separated. It protects everyone from receiving the wrong meds. They are sturdy with a good lock.

Difficult to lock
This is a great alternative to carrying a larger file box around with me. My challenge, which has been mentioned by others, is the ability to actually lock it. I have yet to find an easy way to do it which is quite frustrating. Anyone with suggestions, they would be much appreciated.

Conserned that the plastic within the lock is not strong enough.
I have a feeling that the plastic of the zipping mechanism which is squashed between two metal pieces of the lock, will be won out or broken very soon.
