Wheel noise level when scrolling is reasonable bur very bad when clicking

I have preferences for any mouse I use. I have a mouse at my office which I really like. The scroll wheel also clicks to the left and right, the left click moves to the prior web page, etc. I've gotten used to this action of the scroll wheel, but it seems to be getting phased out. The description indicated that the scroll wheel tilts left and right, so I assumed it worked as expected.When the product arrived I was surprised to see that the package was entirely in Japanese. I figured that there would be instructions inside, most likely in multiple languages. Nope. Fortunately I was able to scan one of the QR codes which opened a Japanese website for the product. Using translation software I was able to navigate to the English language website and download the instruction manual in an English PDF.I haven't read the entirety but I did discover the tilting scroll wheel is intended to move left and right within a spreadsheet. Also the side buttons can be programmed to complete multiple actions, but there is a downloadable program you must have in order to be able to program the buttons. While the mouse as is works with my Chromebook, the program is available for Windows and Mac OS, so no programming my mouse on my main laptop. I do have a windows computer that I can use it for, but I was hoping to use a more sophisticated mouse on my primary surfing machine.The shape will also take some getting used to. It is designed to fit your hand in a comfortable position, but I found it difficult to adapt to after using so many mice which don't have the same ergonomic shape.

本当はホワイトなんてガラじゃないんだけど、安かったし自宅用なんで購入。でも見た目よりも大きさにショック。自分には大きすぎた。手の大き目の人にいいかも。

届いて見た目は少し大きく感じますが、手を置いてみると程よい大きさだと思います。使用感も、クリック音も気になるところは特になく、快適に使用しています😊

この形の5ボタン（できればかわいいもの）を探していたのでぴったりでした。電池込みで計ったら100ｇほどあり、今まで使っていたものより重かったですが、使っているうちに慣れそうです。私は白で揃えているのでマウスも白にしましたが、ピンクやネイビーもあるのがいいですね。
