Mal servició, y teléfono con falla
El teléfono tiene problemas para captar señal de manera estable y el micrófono no funciona correctamente. Además, el tiempo de entrega fue extremadamente largo, ya que se suponía que llegaría el 25 de diciembre pero finalmente llegó el 13 de enero.Anteriormente, había solicitado un reembolso debido a la demora en la entrega, pero cancelé la solicitud cuando finalmente recibí el teléfono. Sin embargo, aún figura que se me ha reembolsado el dinero, lo cual no es cierto. Para empeorar las cosas, me están pidiendo que devuelva el teléfono apenas lo reciba.
