Q: how many DVD's does each box hold?

I have 10 of these DVD storage boxes and everyone of them hold 26 individual in there original case DVD's I'm telling you the truth about his because it was my biggest concern before I bought the box. I just bought one to make sure of the fit. 26 and still a little wiggle room to get one out of the box (there not crammed together)

Absolutely these will hold CDs in jewel cases. I know this to be a fact because I have six of these exact same (single) boxes bought in 2019 from Amazon and each holds 30-33 single CD jewel cases, depending on the overall thickness of the CD case. By single I mean one standard size jewel case containing one CD. These are fairly sturdy, but remember, they fold up and snap at the corners and are not intended for heavy weight to be stacked on top of them, nor to withstand being shoved, crammed in closets on their sides, nor kicked. And don't stand on them, either. I've stacked mine two and three high, and everything seems okay, but common sense would be to exercise caution if stacking them much higher.

Q: I understand that these have lids to remove, but my space is limited...can they be stacked 6-8 high? Will they withstand the full box weight?

The seller actual answered my question regarding can I stack a box full of dvd's with original cases 26 in a box and will the box hold up to the weight of it being on top of it also filled with 26 dvd's with original cases and they said you can put a few dvds on top but it is not good for holding up a lot of weight. I see people on here sayng they have stacked them 2 high and not had a problem with the boxes so why would the seller answering this question directly (your question) posted on here. So I don't know what to think about this...really don't like this grey area when trying to figure out what to or not to get. HATE IT

no sleeves comes with box. just buy double sided cd sleeves. you can put 4oo-500 sleeves per box. i love these boxes they are very sturdy and well made. i own 6 of them.
