Great bike and good price
We bought this for my 15 yo son who is 6' tall about 140 lbs. The bike rides great and has good power and range. He fits on the bike perfectly. I am 6'4" 220lbs and I fit on it well too... the bike has no problem with power and pulling my weight. My wife is 5'4" 110lbs can ride it pretty well... she has to put her tip-toes down to hold the bike up though. Highly recommend this bike!

You get what you pay for I guess. Q20 Lite
My 14 year old son was able to assemble this bike with little help from me. For that, I’ll give them a 4.5/5. The instruction manual leaves little to be desired with several spelling and grammatical errors. Otherwise, it looks cool and we had high hopes for the Q20 Lite.Right after getting it fully charged, we turned it on and there was an error code on the display E08. My son took it for a test ride and there was no “full electric mode” only pedal assist.I sought answers in the instruction manual, but there was only a list of error codes and settings, with nothing more: no explanation on how to troubleshoot the error codes or how to access the settings via the LCD display.I sent a message to Ridstar via Amazon yesterday and they said they would send me a new throttle. My son said the pedal assist “kind of works” so he rode it to school today. Once he got there, he turned it off but then a friend wanted to try to ride it. He couldn’t get it to turn back on. I drove up to the school thinking it was dead and was able to get it to turn on, but only after trying it several times. Later that day, when my son went to leave school, the bike wouldn’t turn on at all, despite having a full battery. It’s a heavy bike so I had to go load it into my truck and drive him home. With so many issues right out of the box, I’ll likely be sending this back. Seems like we got a lemon.

GET IT!!
We are so happy with our e-bikes. We ride them on PAS 4 and get 38km speeds on average. The horn is loud, headlight is bright, and the display is nicer than pictured. We rode very far (probably 4 hours) and only lost one tick off the battery life. These e-bikes are quick and so much fun! Highly recommend:)

“Perfect” Budget Bike
(After 450 miles)It shipped and arrived on the prediction date. It ships from FedEx and you need to be there to sign for it, which I prefer so I know it’s safe.*You get what you pay for*Pros:- Easy assemble, if you need help watch a YouTube video- I’m able to hit 25mph and aswell get around 25 miles per charge (so barely legal Lol)- Fun off roaring, holds well but you need to practice a lot- Genuine good bike for the price, if you have more money I would just build or find a more expensive bike-Lots of room to sit and be comfortable, seat is great-Support is really nice, they will replace parts if they do break on their own if you show suffice proof, does take 1-2 weeks to get it which is the little annoying part- Solid battery, no real complaints, it takes a very fair amount of time to charge but does last me some time, I just charge mine at work anywaysNow the bad,Cons:-Some parts are cheap, like the plastic ones, I broke my brake handle from dropping it so I recommend buying new brake handles, and:-Buy better brakes, the brakes they come with are ‘fine’ but I would invest in better brakes and it’ll be more comfortable and be safer, mine did break at one point- only a 250 pound limit, which is fine, but I weigh 180 and if my friend who is 250 rides it I have to worry about the suspension blowing up- my biggest issue: This is recent but either my controller or motor stopped working, they sent me a new controller asap to hopefully fix it, but if it isn’t the controller then it’s a new motor which can be expensive but I’m sure they’d replace. I personally just bought an entire new 72v motor kit w/ controller to upgrade the bike.Overall, great bike for the price, you need to learn how to fix things, upgrade, maintenance. But if you invest better parts then you won’t need to for awhile3.8/5
