Great product! Makes a difference, and helps keep me focused as well. Started with their protein and wanted to try this. Worth the money.

Great Taste, I have the fruit punch, it dissolved well kind if powdery, but very affective m, I lose 4lbs of body fat in 2wks. Definitely a should buy but its all about your body needs, i take the recommended amount, at first now I do 2scoops.. no jits, no crashing, I had aome after 8 pm and I did go to sleep at my normal bed time.

Off the bat, what a great pre-workout! I am accustomed to Nitraflex Testosterone Pre-Workout Powder in Fruit Punch; however, I've since started CrossFit, so I no longer need to enhance my performance as a bodybuilder would, and I was impressed. I tried it today for the first time. I took it 30 minutes before my CrossFit training, and I was lit. There was some jitteriness, the taste was great, it mixes in great, and it was effective. Not to the level of Nitraflex Testosterone Pre-Workout, but it most definitely stands on its own, and I will repurchase it.

Decent pre-workout that provides enought energy and focus to get their workout routine. Taste: is the only reason for 4-stars. Strawberry lemonade. I will definitely try a different favor.

Bought it second time, love the strawberry flavor, it tastes like an energy drink. And the performance boost is noticeable.

This helps me reach energy levels I never knew existed and amplifies my sweating which gives me the sense of self satisfaction towards my thoughts thinking my workout was sufficient.

Update: Taste: poor Effectiveness: medium Side effects: miserable I’ve been using for about a month. I’m stopping using this preworkout. At first the flavor was awful then it got better as I figured a mix of scoops and water I could tolerate. Since then my stomach has been meeesed up! I thought maybe it was some other stuff in my diet. Got off of it a few days then went back to it and boom messed up tummy all over again. Do not recomend. Got it today, couldn’t wait to try it since I ran out of my usual. Kicks in quick, lasts for the workout, but man.. it does not taste great.. got the strawberry lemonade. Has a crazy after taste that hangs about a minute. Could be the natural sweeteners. Maybe more or less water with the suggested scoop. I’ll update later if I find a combo that works ok. Lower doses compared to what my normal pre workout had, so we will see how I like it going forward.
