My favorite pre-workout, once I found out about this one I had to try it since I'm sensitive to pre-workout and protein. After reading the ingredients it was up to my standards and once I felt how perfect of a ratio it was I was sold. It's not too strong with caffeine but has enough oxygen boosters to really give me a great pump. It's not too stimulating like some other pre-workouts but gives me the right amount to have my arms and muscles popping out of my skin like a balloon. Great stuff and doesn't upset my stomach. Great stuff

For the first two weeks I was producing a whole lot more sweat than usually, after that I don’t sweat as much now, it has very good flavor profile. Definitely seems to give me more motivation and drive to preform a little more than with I would without taking this supplement. Reason for 4 stars is I been taking for 3 weeks and in my opinion I haven’t noticed much lean as I would like.

This pre-workout powder is clean, effective and has assisted in some of the best workouts I've had. I also love that I'm capable of sleeping well the same night. All other pre-workout I could not sleep well with around 6 hours after use even if I cut doses. Yes the taste/flavor isn't explosive but the product as a whole does what it's supposed to and does it well. Try it.

Love this pre workout. I was starting to feel very unmotivated during my workouts and felt like I was dragging myself through my workouts. So I wanted to try a pre workout to give me that boost. It works really well, it gives me the energy & pump! I’ve even started doing longer workouts now.

The taste is great, the feeling is great and the price is pretty fair. I will definitely purchase this again.

The aftertaste is horrid! I only started taking it today, so I am unable to comment on the claims of positive results. I did not feel jittery, however, my stomach did feel off. I have tried other pre-workouts- this by far tastes the worst!
