Works really well, even with a half a scoop. Was wondering if there was anything in it that surpressess appetite. Anyway, only had one half a serving so far, and the energy boost was noticeable. Dissolving is pretty average with their products, may be a little powder resting at the bottom, but not crazily noticeable. Flavor was ok.

Great product! It is. It isn’t easy to find a CLEAN, pre workout that doesn’t give you the jitters. It too sweet, no sugar substitute wierd taste and gets me going for my 5 am workout each morning.

This pre-workout powder is clean, effective and has assisted in some of the best workouts I've had. I also love that I'm capable of sleeping well the same night. All other pre-workout I could not sleep well with around 6 hours after use even if I cut doses. Yes the taste/flavor isn't explosive but the product as a whole does what it's supposed to and does it well. Try it.

Love this pre workout. I was starting to feel very unmotivated during my workouts and felt like I was dragging myself through my workouts. So I wanted to try a pre workout to give me that boost. It works really well, it gives me the energy & pump! I’ve even started doing longer workouts now.

This product worked as described. No jittery feeling just a little tingle after about 5min of taking. Great value for money. Definitely will buy again for my competition prep.

Update: Taste: poor Effectiveness: medium Side effects: miserable I’ve been using for about a month. I’m stopping using this preworkout. At first the flavor was awful then it got better as I figured a mix of scoops and water I could tolerate. Since then my stomach has been meeesed up! I thought maybe it was some other stuff in my diet. Got off of it a few days then went back to it and boom messed up tummy all over again. Do not recomend. Got it today, couldn’t wait to try it since I ran out of my usual. Kicks in quick, lasts for the workout, but man.. it does not taste great.. got the strawberry lemonade. Has a crazy after taste that hangs about a minute. Could be the natural sweeteners. Maybe more or less water with the suggested scoop. I’ll update later if I find a combo that works ok. Lower doses compared to what my normal pre workout had, so we will see how I like it going forward.

My favorite pre-workout, once I found out about this one I had to try it since I'm sensitive to pre-workout and protein. After reading the ingredients it was up to my standards and once I felt how perfect of a ratio it was I was sold. It's not too strong with caffeine but has enough oxygen boosters to really give me a great pump. It's not too stimulating like some other pre-workouts but gives me the right amount to have my arms and muscles popping out of my skin like a balloon. Great stuff and doesn't upset my stomach. Great stuff
