I purchase this product for my mother, who has taken this product for the better part of a decade and is a very healthy and active 86 year old. As I was ordering her a supply of this I just happened to see the review by Annie, which contains several factual errors. As someone in the health field, I thought I'd provide a correction to that review. A simple google search will verify the following:1. Taurine is an amino acid, not technically a protein.2. Taurine has been shown in NIH/academic studies (NIH - National Institute of Health) to lower blood pressure, not raise it, and has also been shown to reduce cardiac risks & cardiac events.3. Taurine improves the ability and speed at which brain cells can communicate with each other and has been shown to temporarily improve cognition (which is why companies put in energy drinks; but it is NOT a stimulant)4. PQQ has been shown in NIH/academic studies to increase the number of mitochondria in vivo (in the body, not in a test tube). The biogenesis of new mitochondria is a huge deal because a reduction in the number and the efficiency of mitochondria is a fundamental component of aging. If you can form new mitochondria or at least lose them at a slower rate as you age there is a very positive effect on longevity.Again, don't take my word for it, do a google search and read the studies. My mother feels as if this product has helped both her mental sharpness and ability to be active. By anyone's definition she is in remarkable health and looks MUCH younger than her age. I would advise people to do their own research before buying any supplement.

I have no idea if these work or not but I take them.

I was diagnosed with ME/CFS about a year ago. Since then I've struggled with PEM episodes and chronic pain. About halfway through my first bottle my husband and I both noticed I was moving more and having more "good" days than bad. I ran out of my first bottle and was slow to reorder. Within days my bad days increased as did my pain. I now have this product on a subscription so this doesn't happen again!

My husband and I love this product. It helps with an all around help state of being mind, body, and completely being present in your daily life.

I don't believe if there is anyway to tell if things like this is doing any good.You just have to read the rationale for taking this stuff and hope that theygot the science right. This seems like a reputable company so I am takingtheir word for whatever they are producing.
