OFM Essentials Collection Mesh Back Stool with Adjustable Arms, in Black

My initial impressions: This chair isnt fancy, but it works for what I need. It was really easy to put together and took me about 15 minutes- maybe less. It looks just like it does in the product pictures.The chair is quite tall, but that’s what I wanted for my standing workbench desk. Despite this, I have no difficulty get into it, and I am only 5’. Its the perfect height range for me, as I needed a chair that would allow me to comfortably sit at a 36” tall desk. (On its lowest adjustment, the seat cushion measures at around 26-27”). Plus, I can always adjust the chair higher if I decide to raise the desk for some reason.Comfort: I do not plan to sit in this chair for more than a couple hours at a time, and I beleive it will be more than comofrtable enough for my purposes. It is relativley firm, which i like. The backrest has a slight bit of contour.Ergonomics: One previous reviewer mentioned that the foot ring was too low for her to use. This should not be a concern, though, for future buyers, as the foot ring does, indeed, adjust. Even at the tallest height, my feet still touch the ring when adjusted, though I dont plan to use it at its tallest height often, if ever.Sturdiness:I cannot write much on this aspect of the chair yet, as havent had it for that long. However, it does feel pretty sturdy. Out of the box, there were no damadged parts, aside from a snall scuff on the right armrest- its not really noticeable and in no way affects its function.Overall, I really like this chair so far. Like i said, it’s nothing fancy, but if youre looking for a decent quality drafting chair for a very affordable price, then I definetly reccomend this!Also, I decided to add roller blade casters to the chair, in place of the ones provided. Its a great addition for those with hardwood floors.

Since my wife works from home now but we only have one desk, she has been teaching at our tall kitchen table. We were looking for a cheap but good chair. We found this in GOOD condition in Amazon Warehouse for $55, worth every dollar. The chair is strong, comfortable and is a great upgrade to any wooden kitchen chair.A few things to note: Arm rests go up and down but are not padded. There is no tilting what so ever for the seat. Construction is strong and seems durable. The fabric has small dimples that will allow dirt to accumulate over time. Would I pay full price for this chair? NO, but I would paya bit more than $55.

This is a nice chair.... just wondering why I paid $108.76 and now getting and offer to buy again for $84.00. I would like a refund for the difference, as I am not sure how the cost could be that much less in only a couple of weeks.

I love that it goes almost 4 ft in the air completely extended. The problem lies in the overall design. The back bracket is static and the hydraulic lift bar is off center which causes the chair to lean forward. Requires a step stoop to keep balanced.

Excellent seat for cost. Comfortable and adjustable to many configurations.

I should have noticed that all top reviews are people who recieved this chair for free. It tilts forward and feels like your dumping out of it. The mesh back comes too far forward so you can’t sit evenly on the chair. I’m 5’9” so the problem isn’t me being too big. I gave it an extra star because the quality isn’t all that bad. I’ve had to add washers between the base and the back attachment points to tilt back a bit more.

I purchased 2 of these for our warehouse. They seem sturdy and durable enough. I'm satisfied.

Broke the first day we put it together. Very cheap never used it.
