A serving has 13 grams or 51% of your daily value of fiber and it doesn’t taste bad but I’d still recommend adding it to another cereal you like to make it a bit more palatable.

The box says 1/3 cup gives you 51% of your daily fiber, and I believe it. Eating two helpings of this cereal might put you on the uncomfortable list. I'm type 2 and had to lose about 50 lb., and guess what stops working first when you take a drastic swipe at your diet. Breakfast consists of a can of tuna and a third cup of bran buds, and the rest of the day takes care of itself.

My husband has used this product for years and it has many beneficial attributes. Purchasing from Amazon is so simple that I don't even worry about checking at the grocery store any longer for it. Amazon makes shopping for groceries as simple as the rest of their ordering. I am getting converted slowly but surely.

It appears the grocery stores nearest don’t sell this product anymore. However, it’s the best for making bran muffins. We tried to make bran muffins without this and they don’t come out the same.

This cereal has changed my life. The psyllium in it is the most effective and delicious way of promoting "regularity" that I've ever tried. Truly amazing--I always keep it on hand!!

it's really good. All of the food is really good and I enjoyed eating everything except clam soup and the brocolli cheese soup. I got that for my.. husband.

No suprises-- it's bran service in small chewable pieces. Taste is pretty neutral. Best eaten with small pieces of fruit and cold milk.
