Have been using this book for several months.It has plenty of useful guidance and is easy to follow.However, I think watching video tutorials are better for ensuring correct posture.Combine the 2 and you're well on your way 😁

I bought this book because I liked the easy to follow guides on the instagram account for yellowdude. I received the book today and have already read it. It is presented well and as I expected, each exercise is broken down and explained in detail. I’m looking forward to getting started on the routines set out in the book. I’m not a beginner in Calisthenics, but this book will definitely help me progress to the next level.
