It's really a great thing that we get this product for 1300, also it taste great , if you using milk try a bit chilled milk it will be more refreshing and this serves 24 g protein in one scoop which is 50gms of protein powder. Overall a great quality product for this price range. You can always opt for more if you have more budget.
