Very good item easier on the hands then traditional grippers seem to get quicker results then usual to very happy with it surprised me to be honest the not hardest one todo but if your looking for reps rather then how high you can get this is the Perfect hand gripper only given 4 stars because 5 is to many for anything ha ha

I purchased this grip trainer after a visit to a climbing wall and realised how weak my grip and fingers were, so decided to buy it as a stress toy like fidget device for whilst on meetings.The grip came boxed nicely with a bag for storage and a few finger extension bands also, really high quality packaging and presentation.The grip follows a few of similar design with a hinged finger section acting against an adjustable spring in the top, the adjustment giving a wide range of resistance and more than surprised me that is goes from super soft to way higher than I anticipated and I will not need to look for the "next step" in strength training for quite a while.I have large hands by glove sizing anyway and I find the device to be about right sized, I could use bigger but equally I don't feel it is too small or changes the benefit it brings.The materials seem really robust being 2 different high quality plastics with a rubber pad where the palm would go, really impressed by how sturdy the thing feels even when cranked to the highest level there is no flex or worry it is on a limited lifespan it feels like it will last for many years of use.

I bought 2. One of them has developed a squeaky, grinding feeling and sound when compressed and I'm not happy about that. The world seems unable to create a good quality, working grip strengthener, and it's a bad comment for technology that fails, so.I can't recommend this product. I suggest that you look elsewhere.

Pros - compact, easier to use than others, adjustable resistance is a strong reason which i purchased.- additional rubber hand resistance bands are a good bonus for the price.Cons - sometimes becomes very stiff and starts to speak loudly so resistance has to be readjusted.
