Useless
Absolutely useless, does nothing to curb hunger. Instructions are to take two with 1-2 glasses of water, so it’s actually the amount of water that’s making you feel fuller

Read the side effects before you buy
The tablets worked in a way I definitely wasn't as hungry. However they gave me horrendous stomach cramps and diarrhea..I wouldn't recommend taking them if you have a sensitive stomach
