No too much sugar and helps sleep

Bought these for a trip overseas to negate the effects of jet lag. They worked like a charm to put me to sleep, only needed a small handful each day. Delicious tart taste. My only complaint was the cherries did bleed a lot inside the bag but since it's resealable it stayed neat on the outside at least.

I purchased the listing called "French plums" but I received regular plums, as pictured. Let me assure you there is a huge difference! I fell in love with Fruit Bliss due to their French plums, and was very disappointed to realize it isn't what I received. Beware if you are particular about what you eat/buy. Otherwise the plums taste fine and I am eating them anyway.
