Didn't work at all! the only reason it gets a single start is that I read the Amazon reviews and it worked for some people. Also it was shipped from another country, the writing on the product is a foreign langue - I'm not even sure it's approved by the FDA.

Dry skin, tough packaging - not recommended
Did not like the product at all. I typically use eye creams all around the eye area to prevent dry skin, but this didn't work; in fact, my eyebrows got dandruff! I didn't even know eyebrow dandruff was a thing! Moreover, while the metal applicator is supposed to be cool and smoothing... The packaging is such that you need to use hand gymnastics to squeeze out the cream when using the second half of the bottle. Couldn't tell a difference with undereye circles.Not recommended.
