Stay clear of these Sensors unless you have the TPA 300 tool. Nightmare to activate
Just stay clear of these Sensors unless you really know how to active them and you have the TPA 300 tool , They will not wake up or activate in any way like all the other universal sensors on the market unless you have a very expensive and new up to date TPMS tool, They don't wake up at all unless you input each sensors ID number into a TPMS tool that's compatible, which is not very many, and Bosh's TPA300 tool is over £700.If your lucky to activate these you now have a massive compatibility problem inputting their 8 digit ID number into the car ( not 7 digit ID like all other Sensors) So the ID numbers are to long for most cars ECU and TPMS readers. NOT VERY FRIENDLY SENSORS TO USE...... Basicly Bosh made a Universal Sensor that only activates with their own TPMS tool. As we could not get our hands on this tool very easy, we threw the sensors in the bin never to buy again. If your going to make a Sensor, at least make them so you can easily activate them with all the normal TPMS reader tools that's out on the market.
