This chutney jar is absolute garbage. The blade became loose/free within just 15 days, which clearly shows how cheap and low-quality this product is. They advertise a “1 year warranty” but it’s completely fake because there is NO customer support at all. I tried reaching out multiple times but nobody responds. Even Amazon was useless and didn’t help. This feels like a total scam. Waste of money. Don’t buy this product.

Quality is average. After 6 months real quality may be judged .

Nut and blade are not compatible material, rusting and corrosion observed, not halthy to use. Amazon should return this and send new product.

Dimension of the locking(clips )mechanism is little bigger in size than required. Therefore, the bottom of the jar could not be fit / inserted in the groove of the Mixi . The item is otherwise fine except that it may not be usable in many cases. On return I got very similar piece as was returned. It is worthwhile to mention that, although Amazon claim on website that it returnable within 10 days, I could not find any scope to return as only option is to exchange. This being small value item, I have not opted for escalation . BUT I CAUTION ALL BUYERS TO BE AWARE . IT IS MALPRAVTICE.
