Tasteless with coffee. - Having read many books on the benefits of iodine and trying to help my mum, who had her thyroid removed I researched the topic and decided that I should be supplementing iodine to aid my health. I put a few drops in my cup of coffee everyday and it doesn't I have any taste when drunk this way. Instead of a large bottle, arriving of iodine, the company sent me lots of small ones which was really helpful. This meant I could have some myself and give others as gifts. I haven't noticed any specific health benefits from using this product yet. Having read books about the benefits, I'm sure I am benefitting which should reduce my risk of long-term Illnesses, which may shorten my life. Thank you. Review: Improves health - I have been on it for months and have seen a marked improvement in my overall health, less colds and viruses and more energy. If you don't get it from your diet this is the best way to so. Would recommend.
