Does the job
Bought it for my dad as he usually speaks on the mobile speaker or ear buds. It's not very loud just 2 watts, but it's good enough, even the mic is decent, doesn't catch noises just the voise but it has to be close like a collar mic. But unlike other reviews even the YouTube sound is pretty good, as the speaker is close to you, you hear it better than others. It sounds better on voice calls than on FaceTime or WhatsApp calls, probably that's what it's designed for. And lastly, any new speaker takes time to open up and give a louder and better sound, give it time, I'll update again after a month.

Satisfactory performance, i must say post 1 week of usage. Volume needs to be improvised as it is being used in an open environment & ambient noise definitely affects the performance.

Product cover was opened, Sound quality very low and poor, not able to return or replace , no help from amazone or portronics. no option for return, while clicking replacement buttons we cant complete or submit for replacement. really felt bad about Amazone and Portronics for poor customer support. My suggestions never think about this product. you will disappointed.

Volume is not that high as one expects and batter for 4 hours only with high volume.
Voice quality is good but volume is too low. I thought its price is too high so it might be worth buying it but definitely not worth 1400 RS. There are other bluetooth speakers with better price available. Its maximum charging capacity is for 4 hours not 10 as they say. when battery comes down to 20% you need to lower down the volume otherwise it turns off. Its look, fabric, design and voice quality is good.

If you are looking for an ultra portable speaker with mic that you can use for travel, this is the one. Voice quality is just ok Have not tested the battery life
