Aerobic Training for Weightlifters

This may be OK. Only read the sample. When the author says "weightlifters" I think he means "weight trainers"; that is anyone who uses weights to exercise and not simply olympic weightlifters. Odd mistake to make for someone who did Powerlifting and Olympic-style lifting.
