Best Mozz out there if you can find it
Great flavor and .let's to golden brown. I used it in NY pizza restaurant for years

Melted before it arrived
When the package arrived, the cheese was surrounded by cold packs and they were still cold. However, the cheese was no longer shredded. It got too warm somewhere and it was a solid block. It also tasted sour. The fact that it was cold when it arrived makes me suspect it was spoiled before it shipped.
