Chair Defect Within 6 Days of Use . I’m really disappointed with the chair quality. I ordered the ergonomic chair from Amazon and it was delivered on 20 January 2026. Within just 6 days of normal use, it has already started failing. The seat cushioning has collapsed in the middle and now it feels like I’m sitting on a flat hard surface. The spine support mesh is loose and it’s hitting/touching the plastic frame behind it. Because of this, I’m getting spinal/back pain. This is not what I expect from an “ergonomic” chair, and definitely not something that should happen in less than a week.

Review after using the chair for a week: I received the product in a well-packed box with no damage, and delivery was completed even before the expected date, which was a good start. Pros: Easy to install by yourself. Build quality feels solid. Mostly plastic material, Base is strong metal. Cons: The chair does not serve its main purpose — comfort. I am 5'6", and it feels uncomfortable to sit for long hours. The seat base fitting isn’t good; half of the seat behind the back stays empty, and the thigh area doesn’t extend properly. The neck support is poorly designed — instead of supporting the neck, it only reaches the lower part of the head, making it useless. No return policy, so once purchased, you’re stuck with it.
