This mushroom base Better than Bouillon is a fantastic product. It has become more difficult to find so I'm glad I found it on amazon. If people tried this flavor I think they would reach for it often. It makes soups and gravies deeper flavored and always seems to be the one thing that is missing until it is added and the food is seasoning sampled. Perfect. I continue to use the chicken, beef and vegetable flavors and I love those too. But this flavor? Absolutely do not want to be without it in my kitchen. Thrilled to find this on amazon. Thanks.

Love the product, had to toss out two of the items on arrival as the jars were broken. Very poor packaging for shipping glass jars.

One of 6 jars was broken upon arrival due to poor packaging. Other 5 jars smelled amazing because they were coated in mushroom bullion. I only use the organic version of this bullion because of some ingredient list changes and unfortunately this shipment, in addition to the broken jar, was not organic. However, judging by the fantastic smell I’m betting it tastes as great as the organic version - which I use nearly every day. I add it as a flavor enhancer to many things - scrambled eggs, hamburgers, homemade salad dressing. A tiny bit doesn’t make things taste “mushroomy” it just brings out the flavor of whatever you add it to. I consider it a kitchen essential.
