It smells like a mixture of Marmite and a brewery, but hey, it’s Vitamin B, what do you expect? Pill size easy to swallow but smelly, effective though. I thought they were great though and taken with milk or yogurt drink best for absorption recommend a smaller pill for teens that are fussy!
