Britttle Roasted Salted Pistachio 1 Pound

I posted a picture only because there's a weird review about it being white with no nuts. It's delicious, looks just like the picture, and is my new favorite brittle. No idea what any of the low reviews are for. My husband and I were very impressed and we usually get brittle from a local family owned chocolate factory. It came sturdy not overly broken and there was a great amount of flavor. Super happy with it. Ignore the trash reviews because that seems like an outlier to me.

The picture on this page looks the way pistachio brittle SHOULD look; yum! Looking at it now, I want to order this again. BUT WHAT I RECEIVED looked NOTHING like this picture. The "brittle" was WHITE (you know, the color of un-caramelized sugar...) and tasteless, and vast tracts of it were sprinkled with tiny islands of pistachios. Like, for example, a 2-inch square piece might have had 3 or 4 nuts in it. The nuts, of which there were FAR TOO FEW, were actually good. By breaking this up to isolate the nuts, and by then THROWING AWAY like 60-70% of it (the pasty, nutless sugar "brittle"), I was able to create a decent snack for myself, but... I WANT WHAT'S IN THIS PICTURE! And what I received was nothing even close to that.

I purchased this brittle just as a little treat with a big "Thank-you" to a very, very dear person to me....my son. And do you know what he said once he'd tried it?..."Thank-you Mom, I love this stuff". So, there you have it, this is some great brittle. Thank-you to The Brittle Box Candy company. You have won another fan and five stars.

I wanted to try something new. This is it. Excellent flavor, crisp and crunch brittle (as should be). Will purchase more

It's quite thick. We were looking for something more on the lacy side for a dessert topping, so the thickness did not work for us.
