I bought the certified refurbished Firestick after reading the description, which stated the unit was fully tested and working. So, that in itself was an admission that the claim of "tested and working" was a lie. Evidently, the "tested and working" part really means "returned, repackaged, and shipped to the next fool." Now I have to schlep to a post office that offers the printing service, not my local one, as if the situation wasn’t inconvenient enough already.
