Bounty Select-A-Size Paper Towels, White, 8 Double Plus Rolls = 20 Regular Rolls

The only think I find displeasure with is that Amazon now is selling paper products at the same very high price that supermarkets are overpricing their paper products. So, I keep track of daily pricings when I am going to be ordering this from Amazon because -- I have found that prices can fluctuate up and down greatly at times, even during the same day. Almost like an auction. Do I buy it now or will I have to spend more when someone makes a higher bid. It's a game of chance. But, that's what works for me.About Bounty Paper Towels - I really think of them as my favorites. They are a good thickness (not too thin). I like the size and the quantity on each roll. Really does work well on wiping up spills and also after Windexing mirrors or counter tops or car windshields, etc. As long as you don't try to use the same paper towel for too many consecutive things without getting a new one, it doesn't streak and leaves a nice, clean surface. I like the feel of the paper towel. It's not rough feeling like I think the paper towels with the "S" initial are. My opinion only. Sounds ridiculous (what I'm about to say) but, my husband was putting some tar/flashing along a roof leak and got some on his work gloves. Had a piece of Bounty paper towels in his pocket and used it to actually remove the tar from his glove and it worked pretty well. Rough enough to rub some things off of a surface and strong enough to soak up various spills and clean a surface. I even use it when spraying/cleaning my mailbox, windows, storm door, and some of my outdoor furniture. Like I said, it's a great paper towel.

I currently have two rolls of Scott paper towels remaining from an 8 roll pack which I don't care for, so on most days, I don't even touch one. Being that I now want to use paper towels after I wash my hands in the kitchen, those just will not do. TrUntil recently, I did not use them very often because I preferred using fabric, but those days have passed and I'm now having to grab disposable paper for many purposes daily. My sister used Bounty all her life so I was accustomed to using them at her house. She goes through a roll a week at least, so she wants the best she can get, but for the last year or two, her taste has changed and she's been using softer Viva towels. This is something I noticed as a frequent visitor to her kitchen, so I debated whether or not to buy Viva for softness or Bounty for absorbency. Had I the patience to get to Costco when their doors open, I'd pick up a huge (pallet) of their Kirkland brand, but I won't venture into the store these days and I really don't need twice as many as the Bounty rolls even though they are less than twenty bills, about the same as this pack or sometimes even less. I was delighted to grab this pack from the Amazon Warehouse a few days ago, so the price was a couple of dollars less and the size ended up being the ideal solution for my needs and storage capabilities. These are very white, very sturdy, very absorbent, not the softest, but a great and reliable paper towel. The box I received contains packs like the one on the right side of the listing image that says you may receive one or the other. The left corner of the print is yellow, it says 2+5 Doubles Plus, and there are 138 sheets on each roll. Measurements are 11x5.9 inches and the first towel is stuck to the roll, so I lose the first and last sheets. I always find that aggravating with paper product rolls but I'm not about to count each sheet to see if they are included in the sheet count. I'll bet they are, so I'm better off buying the bigger rolls with more sheets since my roll holder will accommodate the diameter of a fresh larger roll. Less lost sheets per box. I'd buy Bounty again.

Bounty never disappoints! These paper towels are super absorbent, strong even when wet, and last a long time. The 8-roll pack is great value and perfect for everyday messes around the house. Definitely a household essential!
