My Nineplus WiFi adapter is great. It arrived on time. It was easy to install and my computer no longer drops the internet. When I had a question, Aymane was fantastic. She was so friendly and knowledgable. I strongly recommend this device.

Great product! After a great and brief interaction with tech support, wifi is working flawlessly on my computer. The device unfortunately does not work with my server, but is exactly the solution I needed for my PC.

I bought a refurbished computer from E-Bay a few years back. It was a good deal because it came with keyboard, monitor, mouse AND internet stick. Since basically the first day I owned this computer, I've had terrible internet. I've had to pull out and reinsert the internet stick countless times after it slowed and stopped working. Online conference calls were a nightmare. Before I resorted to replacing the entire computer, I thought this was a good place to start. In short: it fixed everything. The internet sped up several times over. Videos pausing and glitching was a thing of the past. Now I know the that came with the computer created a bottleneck. If you need a wifi stick, I recommend this one. It is non-obtrusive and does what it advertises.

I am writing this as an edit for my review (see below). The product worked great the first time, but when I went to go back online a few days later, it couldn't find any available networks. I went round and round trying to get it to see any available networks. SANA was not quite as solicitous with these follow-up contacts. (Perhaps because I had given a rave review already...I don't know!) I finally got a response when I sent a text indicating that I would have to go and amend my first review, because customer service was great the first time, but completely lacking this time. I was told to unplug/replug the device; if that didn't work then reboot my computer (I had already done that), etc, etc,etc. It finally came down to their rep having to access my computer, go into some files and basically reinstall it. I asked the person to please tell me what they were doing as they were doing it, so I could fix it myself, if needed, at a future date--of course, that's not what happened! So it worked while they were present, but the next day it did not. I finally just unplugged it and uninstalled all its pieces and parts. It is now sitting in a box. I do not stay online when away from my computer for long periods of time, and when going back online, this product cannot find the networks without my having to jump thru too many hoops. My regret is I waited so long to unbox and try it out. It's been almost 8 months since purchase, and I'm certain I cannot return it! My network is running a lot faster now! I had trouble getting it all installed properly, and contacted them thru the chat feature on the website. As promised, I was contacted shortly after by SANA. What a wonderful customer service agent! We communicated thru text and were able to share photos of what we were working on. Sana is so patient and courteous, walking me thru step by step! Thank you, Nineplus and thank you SANA for a great product with great support!

This WiFi adapter does exactly what it says it will do. On top of that, it was very easy to set up and it does come with a USB drive containing drivers for if your computer is being picky and needs a manual install. For the most part I found it to be plug and play. I will say that the NinePlus customer service is excellent. I asked if someone could check my settings and make sure that everything was set up correctly. I was contacted by two reps from the company, John and Ayman. John was able to log on to my PC and check things out and Ayman called me to make sure that things we going smoothly. Both of these gentlemen were very courteous and extremely helpful.

At 81 years old I had difficulty installing the WIFI Adapter. I called Customer Service and Aymane called me back. He quickly walked me through the installation and it is working very well. I highly recommend this product!

I’ve got it going about 40ft and through 2 walls to my router and my wifi is still decent. Though it doesn’t improve my wifi speeds for gaming at all, my wifi is normally terrible and with this my connection is still terrible but cordless. I expect if I had good wifi, that the adapter would have the same quality wifi.

I have not yet upgraded my router, but even with a WiFi 5 router this thing is reliable and fast on Windows 11. Drivers easy to install as well. No complaints.

I was able to use this for my desktop PC to get wireless connection to my router and the speed was reliable and fast. So far there is no drop off so I can comfortably game with this adapter, it was also easy to set up as it has 5ghz and 2.4ghz, both frequency range were available in my modem.

Good replacement for the built in laptop wifi card that failed. However setup required a bit of trial and error and not plug and play setup. None of my computers recognized the dongle when inserted into the USB-A ports (tried them all and even rebooted). This made it harder to obtain the install software on the key. Fortunately the instructions had a link to the manufacturer website which I used to download from another computer to a USB key then moved to the laptop for install.

It was super easy to set up, and my connection has been fast and stable ever since. It really improved my streaming and online gaming experience. Plus, its small size doesn’t block other USB ports, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend it!
