i bought this camera for my daughter to use in my baby grandson’s room. The last camera they had didn’t have the two way conversation piece which this one does and they absolutely love it. A huge improvement. She gave a big thumbs up!!

I have three of these, I finally got around to connecting them up. First one installed, I got on the website, all was well. Installed it using the phone app, then logged into the camera site with my computer. That worked, and I could view the camera there as well. Since the computer is where I really want to use it, I figured I was set.Next day I go back to the computer and open up the web portal. It's blank, and I can't do anything. No devices are displayed, and all the other selections are grayed out. After fooling around with it a bit, I logged out of the website and logged back in. Then I could see the camera again. The only problem with that is, they pop up a random captcha so you have to enter that blasted thing again! It doesn't help that it's pretty small and a poorly designed captcha that makes it difficult to read, so you usually have to enter it several times. What's the point of having an option to stay logged in if I have to log out and back in every time I use my computer!I have the video up, and I'm writing this review. I go back to the tab with the camera, and it's gone again! :-( What's that all about? I have to refresh the page again to get the camera view back.Did I mention that the camera aiming controls don't work with the browser interface? They pop up when you click on the icon, but nothing happens if you try to actually move the camera. I go back to the phone app, and the video is still there, but those aiming controls are no longer functional either.OK, I go to settings and reboot the device. After it reboots, the web controls work again. So, it it hardware, software, both, what?This product is so unreliable that you'd be a fool to actually trust your security to the device.
