My wife and I started on this more than a year ago. We were both getting general aches and pains of middle age, stiffness in joints, etc. We each take 1 capsule per day, in the morning. We both feel like this supplement helps the old-age joint stiffness. We also find it easier to "pop" our own joints for pain relief - we use chiropractic maneuvers at home. On a side note, during this time period my eye prescription actually improved from -1.50 in each eye to -.75 in each eye. This could be unrelated so I am not sure. I will continue to take this supplement indefinitely.

I have used this Icelandic product for about a year. I cannot swallow these pills, so I have been biting them and chewing out the oil inside. I cannot describe how I have suffered with the taste of these pills. I am not exaggerating when I say they taste like rancid fish and wet newspaper. You know that smell of old wet newspaper? Think of that and fish that's gone bad. It finally occurred to me only a few days ago that maybe this stuff is rancid? It made me nauseous, but I thought maybe it was from the taste. The last (and final) time I took it I truly thought I would spew vomit. My mouth watered and I had to talk myself through the sickness. That was it for me. I am not taking this anymore. I guess I thought I should suffer through it for the health benefits, but there is nothing healthy about rancidity, nausea, and suffering. I'm going to find another brand.

The seller sent the same product with different ingredients without updating the supplement ingredients details.

Helped in many ways with sight and hearing, but it also reduce pain.

I usually purchase this product at my local health food store or at Fresh Thyme Grocery chain. I usually have to pay close to $50.00 a box! The price I paid on Amazon was unbelievably cheap!! I will continue buying this from Amazon only.
