I bought it to cut through a wire fence. It does the job but I had to use extra strength which ached my hands a bit. Great quality.

As I seem to lose side cutters on a regular basis, I tend to not buy expensive ones.These yellow handle ones are as good as any budget ones I've used.I'm a service engineer by trade and do a fair bit of electrical work, will buy these again if lost.
