This is a FABULOUS product. I notice right away that my puppy's breath was fresh. I really found out how well it was working, though, when we went to visit my mom and didn't take it with us. After a few days she started to have the dreaded dragon breath. It was good to get her home and back to her treatment routine.It took a bit longer to notice a difference in my older dog. But after a few weeks even her serious dragon breath has cleared up. I am 100% thrilled with what this does. I'm anxious to see what it will do, over time, for the teeth.The one bottle is enough for one dog, about 50 lbs for a month. I don't know if it adds a flavor that they like or if it's just something they don't mind. Either way, they eat it sprinkled on their food with no problem.I would definitely recommend this product for all dog parents.

I have an older dog that had teeth problems who would not let me brush his teeth. This stuff works!!!! Just sprinkle on top of your dog's food. I also mix in a tablespoon of pumpkin (pure pumpkin from a can, NOT pumpkin pie filling. I mix the pumpkin with his kibble and then sprinkle this stuff on top. He gets that every morning and the Vet is very pleased with the progress we have made with his teeth!!!! He has been on this for over two years now, and Amazon has the best price, compared to buying directly from your Vet. IT IS THE SAME THING!!!!!!!

I have three cats with differing health needs. The one I originally bought it for would develop plaque on his teeth pretty quickly and needed cleanings almost yearly. This product has kept his teeth clean so well I haven't has to schedule a cleaning for him in two years! Another cat had pretty healthy teeth and gums for almost 8 years. His diet is mostly wet food for urinary issues. It caught up to him a year ago with plaque starting to develop. The vet wanted to schedule a cleaning soon. I decided to try the powder with him. With his health issues, our vet and I am leery to change his diet. But I decided to slowly add the powder and cross my fingers we wouldn't have to go through another UTI. Six months later, we took this cat in for a checkup and his teeth were clean and his good health is maintaining. Out third cat is somewhat feral. She adopted us and our workshop after a close call with a hawk. She doesn't like being handled much so getting her to a vet has not been possible. She's also been getting the perio powder, but since I can't handle her, its hard to say how her teeth are. My fingers are crossed that this product is having the same benefit for her as my other cats. All the cats have no problem eating their food with the powder mixed in, until there's about a quarter of the bottle left. Then they start to refuse their food. In one way, I'm losing money when I have to throw out almost a quarter of the jar, but gaining with no vet bills for teeth cleaning. I've thought about changing to a different brand if I could find one in a smaller bottle, but then I have no idea if another brand will work as well as this one. So I am staying with this brand, but I do wish I could figure out a way to keep the last of the powder fresh enough for them to finish it.

Has been helping with my dogs bad breath! This was recommended to us by our vet since our dog loves to chew on sticks and other things in the yard that homes bacteria. They told us about this product to help reduce the bacteria in his mouth. You have to be consistent with it or there no point like any other product. Its not an over the night type of fix, you have to do it as directed for it to work!

I purchased this since my neighbor had great things to say about it. I’ve been using this for out Dachsen w bad breath. Unfortunately so far no improvement. He don’t seem to mind it on top of his food so I’ll keep using as directed but if after that no improvement I will not purchase it again!

I tried this with my dogs first. When I let them taste it in their bowls, they licked it right up. NOW, I got it for my 10 year old cat who I'd noticed looked like he had some serious plaque issue. He didn't like it at first, but once I put a small amount in his wet food, he ate it like a champ. The BEST part is, his teeth look SOOOO much better - even after only a few days. Better than spending $1000 for a teeth cleaning at the vets!

Significantly cut my dog's breath odor down from "deadly" to "mildly unpleasant." I use less than the recommended amount and it still was very helpful. The dogs don't seem to mind the taste of it either.

Bought this for 16 yr old dachshund. She loves it on her food. Seems to have helped her teeth look better after 2 months of use.Sadly, bought a second bottle yesterday and the inner seal is broken. Bottle label says not to use if inner seal is broken, yet item is non- refundable.Not sure if I can trust ordering another bottle if the seal is broken and certainly won’t use new bottle that was not sealed.
