There was only a very small scratch on the bottom of the screen. The scratch isn't noticeable unless you shine a flashlight on it, so I don't mind. There was also zero burn in or image retention on the screen. Overall, the phone is in perfect condition, with no other cosmetic marks I could find.As with every Google phone, the battery life is great, the screen is bright and clear, and it takes great quality photos. No complaints here. I would purchase another renewed phone again, since the quality of this renewed phone is excellent, just as the listing says.

Bought this refurbished from MOBILESUPPLY. 4 months after I got it, the screen started flaking out. Of course the warranty is 90 days. I then found out that this version of the pixel 8 is famous for having its screen go bad. I also found out that if you pressed on the screen a certain way, it woud resolve the problem, but now it has been six months, and the screen now has a permanent pink line going from top to bottom. I reached out to the seller to see if they would give me any sort of a discount on a different one, since it had been such a short time, and the seller just closed the interaction with no reply. I tried calling them, and they just never returned my call at all. Very unimpressed with the seller, but I can't leave the seller any feedback at this time.

Items delivered on time, not opened or damaged. New and works perfect. I was very impressed! I am considering buying a newer model!

Everything about the delivery was good (phone in good quality, and I do like the Pixel 8), but when I was first setting up the phone, it was in Japanese! I got through the setup process by using my other phone with the camera translate app to go through the 20+ pages of often dense legalese, and after finishing the setup, I was able to go to the settings and switch from Japanese to English. After that, everything worked as expected, except for one critical thing: I was unable to turn off the sound when taking pictures or video! Apparently, in Japan, this is required by law to always be enabled and there's no way to disable this without rooting the phone or using a different camera app. Needless to say, I am in the process of returning this phone and will try to get the US version as advertised. If this happens to you, just return it immediately! Look for the regulatory labels in Settings -> About phone, and make sure it's not model GZPFO or a similar Japanese model.

Review of refurbished Hazel pixel 8 from thegadgetdeals: looks new, acts new. Unlocked. Easy guided setup on Consumer Cellular network. I attempted to use the Esim, but it said I needed to call T-Mobile, so I transferred the SIM card from the old phone and had no troubles. It came with a charger, cable, and the tool to poke out the SIM card.

So far, so good. Being renewed, it came in great condition, no scratches, etc. Also it was unlocked as described. I've only had it for 3 months and it's my first Pixel, so getting used to the location of things has been challenging. I really like the camera, really sharp pics, even when I zoom in. The fingerprint sensor works well, even with a screen protector. Battery life is good. The quirky thing with setting it to charge to only 80%, once a week, is it charges to 100%. I'd also like to pick what % to charge to.

I purchased a Google Pixel 8 from this seller in November 2025. For a few months, everything seemed fine, until the screen suddenly went completely black while using portrait mode on the camera a couple of days ago. The phone still powers on and responds (vibrations, connections, etc.), but the display is totally dead, making the device unusable.I took it to a repair shop, and they confirmed this is a hardware issue, with an estimated repair cost starting at $320. For a phone after only a few months, that’s unacceptable.What concerns me most is the timing: this failure happened just after the return window closed (February 4, 2026). So while the seller is technically protected by policy, the customer is left with a defective device and a major repair bill.I’m not making accusations, but I will say this: a product failing this quickly raises serious concerns about quality control and reliability.If you’re considering buying from this seller, please think carefully. At best, you may get a working device for a short time. The cell phone was defective BUT I want to emphatically declare the SELLER IS HONORABLE and highly professional. The seller immediately REFUNDED the entire cost in full, with no hassle. There was something wrong with the cell phone since I could not get a dial tone for phone calls and no WIFI. I definitely know how to install and "onboard" a new cell phone, heck a trained monkey could do that! Once in awhile these refurbished reconditioned cell phones will be a dud BUT be assured this SELLER is an A+ business with integrity and honors immediate refunds for justifiable reasons. I shipped it back in perfect condition and even included MY OWN spare white cube charger part. The cell phone came only with the long white cord that has the "male part" which goes into the hollow "female part" to connect it to the power source. The seller told me "this is how the manufacturer sells the Google Pixel to us, without the square white cube part of the charger gadget. Sounded odd, but I don't sweat the small stuff. Because the seller was SO VERY NICE in our back and forth PM's I just donated my spare white cube part of the charger that was missing. I'd rather see this phone FIXED REPAIRED and the glitch taken care of and SOLD to another customer. There is far too much electronics cell phones dumped into landfill and oceans plastic gyre. I do recommend the SELLER as honest, trustworthy. I cannot address the actual Google Pixel since it was never ACTIVATED I was unable to try the features.

Lo acabo de recibir y en primeras impresiones parece en muy buen estado, sin rasguños visibles. Según la app Device Info muestra 388 ciclos de carga. Incluye cable tipo C, aunque no trae cargador ni herramienta para la SIM. Me funciona con (BAiT).Hasta ahora el rendimiento es bueno, aunque planeo probar más a fondo la pantalla, ya que es un punto que algunos usuarios mencionan en esta generación.En mi caso, por ahora parece una buena compra.

Al mes tuve un problema con la pantalla, daba un pantallazo verde. Al parecer es porque el teléfono se sobrecalienta.

El equipo llegó prácticamente nuevo, por el precio creo que fue una compra excelente lo recomiendo mucho
