Yes that’s exactly what I use them for.

Approx: 200 x 180mm (as written on the packet)

Q: Are these pads suitable for washing up

I use these solely for mopping the bench up after washing up & for washing down my kitchen benches which they're very good for. Very durable & wash well. I use the abrasive sponges for my washing up. Cheap as chips at the supermarket. When the spontex cloths become old I use them as a floor cloth etc.
