I love a mist, and this Alo Magnesium Spray hits every time. I spray it before the gym and after the gym. I use it in the morning when I’m in need of a reset and I just love it. The tell for me is when I notice that I forget to include it in my daily routine.

i bought this because i saw that it had positive reviews about the smell and consistency where competitors lacked. the smell is very calming and subtle, not too strong or overpowering. the packaging was perfect as well, it is a glass bottle so i was nervous but it was fine! i sprayed 2 sprays each on my feet and fell asleep in 2 minutes, didn’t move a MUSCLE all night (typically i toss and turn, grind my teeth, etc) and i woke up feeling very calm! as for the tingling sensation mentioned, i did feel it on my feet very slightly but i did fall asleep quickly so it didn’t bother me at all. will be using tonight! :)
